Celebrating the winery’s finest grapes, passionate winemaking and extended family of friends, La Conviviance represents distinction, quality, gusto, personality and life, in every sense of the word. A wine to enjoy with friends.
This proprietary blend was produced with the finest, hand selected Bordeaux varietals from small lot vineyards in south Monterey County. Each varietal was harvested and aged separately in 60% new French Nevers and American Missouri oak barrels for thirteen months, 10 days. The final blend consists of 52.4% Merlot, 39.2% Malbec and 8.4% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Appellation: Monterey County
Vintage: 2007 Alcohol: 14.5% Winemaker Notes Dark Bing cherry, ripe blackberry and rich chocolate essences grace the palate in this wonderfully aromatic wine. A touch of toasted vanilla and anise add complexity to the soft, full forward fruit flavors. Balanced with structure and acidity, this wine is a natural culinary accompaniment with a long mouthfilling finish and beautiful deep garnet hue.
